Our Team
Jessica Miller, Co-Founder
Jessica Miller is the founder of RocketBio and invests with a long-term, patient-focused approach across tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and next-generation preclinical tools. Her work centers on advancing breakthrough science into practical clinical and commercial impact.
She serves on the Board of Directors at VoxCell BioInnovation, which develops vascularized 3D-bioprinted tumor models for precision oncology, and on the Strategic Board at NETRI, a French company creating neuron-based organ-on-chip systems for neurotoxicity, pain, and CNS disease research.
Jessica also supports business development efforts for both companies, forging partnerships across pharma, biotech, and research. With a background in Materials Engineering (University of Toronto) and Nanomaterials (Imperial College London), she brings technical depth and strategic insight to scaling technologies that improve patient outcomes and shape the future of drug development.
Mark Miller, Co-Founder
Mark is the Executive Chairman of Volaris Group and President and Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). He has worked with CSI and its subsidiaries for over 30 years.
Mark co-founded Trapeze Group in 1988, which was the first company acquired by CSI in 1995. Since joining Volaris Group, Trapeze Group has expanded on a global scale.
Mark also serves on several boards, including ventureLAB, Lumine Group and Modaxo. Alongside Jessica, he is on the board of VoxCell, a biotech and tissue engineering company focused on advancing drug discovery. Mark grows and develops exceptional leaders while continuing to acquire and invest in companies with a buy and hold philosophy. At this stage of his career, Mark wants to help entrepreneurs make the world a better place.
Pierre A. Morgon, Venture Partner & Adviser
Pierre is a life science entrepreneur, co-founder of companies, and advisor to venture capital and private equity funds.
He also holds several board positions in private and public emerging ventures and non-profit organizations. Pierre has over 35 years of experience in the global life science industry, in C-level positions at global level in multinational corporations and as CEO of start-up companies. He is also a mentor for CEOs of start-up life sciences companies at Mass Challenge.
He holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy, a Master in Business Law and a MBA, and he is an alumnus of INSEAD and IMD.
